In collaboration with the DeVille School of Business, the Lean In Club provides programming and facilitates discussions around encouraging women to take a more active stance in regards to leadership. Based on the concepts highlighted in the book “LEAN IN” by Sheryl Sandberg, topics relating to women in the workforce are explored in a supportive environment. While the club is open to all (men and women), the focus is on helping women succeed in business.
