We are two female leaders who have experienced successful careers both inside and outside Walmart. Between us we have over 70 years of work experience, 7 children, 60 years of marriage, and 4 college degrees. Here is the rub – you need to be willing to invest the time, do some soul searching and likely be honest with yourself about a few things. There is no magic bullet.
