This is a circle for hourly associates to meet with a current member of management to express what their aspirations are within Walmart. They will receive the tools they need to succeed from an experienced Assistant Manager. The associates will meet one on one with the manager so that they can communicate any needs they have to learn a new position within the company. The assistant manager will provide them with examples of their experience with customers, associates, and other managers and how to use those instances to succeed in the future. The manager will also give them resources from the WIRE that will aid in helping them learn policies and procedures for their current goal position within the company; provide them with the company's expectations of the position that they are interested in pursuing.
