About our Circle

  • Looking for members

The goal of the Vermont National Guard Military Women's Circle is to provide a forum for the men and women military members and their families a consolidated place to learn about on-going gender equality strategies for the VTNG. Our Joint Force Headquarters Equal Opportunity Office is committed to ensuring the strategic imperatives for gender equality are continuously being built and maintained. We report to the VTNG Director of the Joint Staff quarterly and brief the Joint Senior Leader Council annually. During the annual brief, we provide detailed statistics measuring gender equality in seven different formats. This venue will provide an unofficial place to post new policies, reports, articles, events, observances, relay experiences and gain access to the Lean-In Campaign content with regard to promoting equality for women in the workplace.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
