If you tend to be more creative or artistic, you're thought to be right-brained. If you're mostly analytical and methodical in your thinking, you're said to be left brained. This circle is for women (and allies) that primarily use their left brain at work but fall in the middle or towards right-brained in their personal life. We will use this group to discuss skills needed to get us closer to gender equality. We will talk about challenges women are facing at work and home including how to find time in our busy schedules to make sure we are satisfying that right side of our brains (using our hands to cook a fantastic meal, to paint, to create YOUR art).
