Gender: Co-Ed Status: Active Duty Description: The purpose of this Lean In Circle is to facilitate the dialogue about the role of women in the squadron, the skills and talents they bring to the table, and share in common experiences, tips and tricks of the trade in a male dominated workplace. With the use of resources provided by the Lean In organization, the intent is to learn about the challenges women face, our particular strengths and weaknesses, and to grow into more effective leaders and Marines. We plan on meeting once a month using materials that focus on educational and exploratory topics, all posted on the LeanIn.org website. Men are fully encouraged to take part in this Lean In, to share their thoughts and experiences. Knowledge builds understanding, and understanding improves team dynamics.
