Education for the future workforce begins in the neighborhoods! Mitch Roschelle, partner at Price Waterhouse Cooper said in a March 2016 Bloomberg News interview about commercial real estate trends that “Detroit is his favorite city.” Our major cities biggest problems stem from the fact that the youth see no hope for them in the future; Landmark is determined to offer them a new approach to education, art, and science. A new concept that transforms traditional institutions making rich resources relevant and available to a new generation by combining cutting-edge technology such as: virtual reality and augmented reality with other technologies in a way never seen before in the L.I.V.E Centre Education of the workforce needs to grab the attention of all those who have lost their jobs and are feeling hopeless. The must be encouraged to reach their greatest potential by capturing their imagination and nothing is better than the expansive mind capabilities of virtual reality to transport anyone into another dimension. Landmark Entertainment Group has great plans for the future. Virtual reality shall focus the workforce to forge new pathways to the various jobs of the future. All not require universities, but will require new skills. Virtual reality centers will combine entertainment and education; the new farming techniques; engines and robotics; arts and science, politic and social conditions, or all of these. It is up to those of us to recognize there is a desperate need to learning of all kind. Landmark Entertainment Group is putting forward opportunities to incorporate virtual reality into The L.I.V.E. Centre to inspire everyone in neighborhoods all over the world. Tony Christopher, Founder &CEO of Landmark is truly a genius and it takes someone else to say this of him, he won’t. * Take a look at the website: www.landmarkusa.com Sales Price and Funding The sales price of vacant facilities will be determined by the assessed value of the existing structure as it stands; not for the value of the future value of the real estate improvements. The buildings may be remodeled to new uses or it may be determined the building has no value at all and only the land and location is of value. We will be happy to start negotiations and filling out the forms. The cost of the land/ buildings cost of construction, design innovation, as well as public relations and marketing, and ongoing research and development. (Project of this kind must be maintain great inspiration and futuristic.) Landmark Entertainment Group will be paid fees and all expense by the philanthropic organizations the will be purchasing the real estate and funding the development.
