I hope that the name of our circle will set the tone of our meetings to come. It is important to note that although there are obstacles on the path to gender equality in the workforce, I am confident that we can overcome them one person at a time. Once we truly understand that we are always capable of more than we think, we will be unstoppable. This circle is based in Cape Town and forms part of the University of Cape Town chapter.
