At the United World Colleges the Lean In Circles will be held to discuss gender topics with female and male undergraduate students. The different topics are gender dynamics, gender bias at work and gender unequality at home. Discussing these topics, through the power of peer support, already at this age group will enable the students to apply the key learnings early on in their lives with the aim to help them in their careers and life in general.
