The circle began meeting monthly in May 2016 as a part of the Embassy's Federal Women's Program with a goal to enhance professional and communication skills, address gender roles and bias, and work toward a more inclusive and diverse workplace environment. The circle is open to all employees and family members in Mission Seoul.
