The purpose of this group is to expand this Lean in to women in the Urban Chicago area, who are of colorful ethnic descents, that want to meet and collaborate on topics like professional career goals, entrepreneurship, challenges in getting established, and opportunities for growth in an environment that present a lot of blockers and hurdles. It's also an opportunity for Urban ethnic women of Chicago to meet and expand the network of ambitious professionals.
