To build a community of women who have a safe place to learn together, support one another and develop skills to enhance our current roles and prepare for future roles in our career.
This Lean In Circle is for women in Zimmer Biomet UK at any stage in their career who are interested in exploring leadership fundamentals along with other related topics. It will be a safe and interactive (and fun!) environment where we will encourage and empower each other to learn and grow. We'll plan to meet once a month, either in person or remotely at an agreed time.
