Our mission
We have an aim to Empower Women that are considering following a career in Engineering and Manufacturing as well as those amazing women already doing themselves proud in the sector.
We want to create a team of women who support those ladies already working in male dominated sectors. It is important to us to work with young ladies as they begin considering their university choices, and to Empower and reassure them, that to follow a career in a sector that may seem be male dominated, isn't a risk beucause they are a woman. We also have a goal to work with our male counter parts to make them aware of unconscious bias, and how they to have their part to play in a new female inclusive world.
