The purpose of this circle is to explore what leadership in general is, comparing different leadership practices and styles, including Servant Leadership. I have chosen this topic as I would like to further develop leadership skills, and I think it will be great to talk and share experiences with the team and explore and learn something new to support my and your work at Terex. In the team, we can have anyone interested in leadership, who wants to share experiences or learn something. I propose to meet once a month via Bluejeans. I am looking forward to this and hope for nice discussions.
