We recognise that if we want to get there fast, we can go it alone. But if we want to get there and have a lasting impact, we must work TOGETHER. ThisGeneSis* is a Lean In circle that empowers women (and our male allies!) through sharing, learning and supportive activities. Our meetings aim to stretch members to reach their full potential and ambition. Activities We meet for intimate breakfast meetings with senior leaders in industry, as well as our regular monthly lunchtime / 'supper-club' sessions: "Accountability & Celebrating Success!" We have an annual weekend retreat in the autumn of spa days, motivational discussions and one-to-one intensive coaching** sessions. Our members are mostly based in London, England (UK) and meet in the City, Canary Wharf, Chancery Lane and Mayfair/West End. We also have two half yearly online meetings. So, whether you are aspiring or already in mid-to-senior management join us and achieve your ambitions! *ThisGeneSis Circle is a member of the bother the England Chapter and the UK&Eire Chapter. **Bookings are required for weekend retreat one-to-one coaching sessions
