About our Circle

A Circle to support managers and decision makers in the Third Sector to reach their full potential. Across the charity sector there is a trend for a more female dominated workforce, however, this is not always reflected at the top. Why is this? What specific issues come out of a female dominated environment? Why are women not leaning in all the way? By 'leaning in' you will learn how to advocate for your ideas, successfully negotiate, play to your strengths, communicate in a way that makes people listen, have difficult conversations, and give feedback. Ultimately we want more women in the third sector to step outside their comfort zones. Women are powerful allies – when a woman helps another woman they both win. But being part of a circle is not exclusive to women - men also have an important role to play in reaching equality, and everyone benefits when they do
