== What is THEY? == This is a LEAN IN circle for the woman located in Japan who has experienced working or study abroad. == What is Lean In Circle? == Lean In Circles are small groups who meet regularly to learn and grow together, and they're changing lives. Women are asking for more, stepping outside their comfort zones, and leaning in. == Circle Fundamentals == - Confidentiality - Communication - Commitment == What is Lean In Org? == Lean In Org is founded by the COO of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg who wrote Lean In (http://amzn.asia/1hwxKUM). == Who is the Organizer? == I am Lily. I have been one of the organizers of the 20's Girls Meet up (medium.com/20s-global-girls-meetup) to support the community of girls in age 20's who share similar experiences. Now, I want to take my beloved community to a new chapter where each community member gains more, not just talking to each other but also proactively learning from each other. By starting a circle here on Lean In Org will allow circle members to join regional Lean In chapter (https://leanincircles.org/chapter/leanintokyo) to meet members outside of the circle with the different background. Also, you get to have an access to the materials Lean In Org prepared for us. Please join the circle! "THEY"は留学や海外での就職、帰国子女などを経験した女性を対象に東京で活動するLEAN IN Circleです。 ファウンダーのLily (medium.com/20s-global-girls-meetup) はこれまで20's Girls Meetupという20代の留学や海外就職、帰国子女を対象にしたコミュニティー運営を行ってきましたが、LEAN IN CIRCLEを始めると共に同じような背景をシェアする女性のために新しくコミュニティー (Circle)をスタートすることにしました。 今までのMeetupのコミュニティーのメンバーには、ただ楽しくお話する会から一歩踏み出し、新しいことを学び、イニシエティブを共にとっていける仲間であってほしいと思っています。 外の世界を経験してきた私たちにしかできないことが沢山あるはずです。 ぜひ一緒にこのコミュニティーを大きくし、"THEY"がRecognizeされる存在にしましょう！
