I'm a survivor of the streets that wants to see more kids like I was, make it out too. Far to few of us do, so I just want to pay the kindness shown to me along the way forward and help others do the same ❤️ My mission is to empower today's youth to help make better tomorrow's for themselves
The Schweiker Foundation is nonprofit organization working to lunch a new program to support at-risk youth and children in and out of foster care. We also want to work towards breaking the cycle of poverty and neglect that far to many children are born to.
