I'm 28. I've been wrangling the world of corporate America (if you want to call it that, I work for a tech start-up where my CEO skateboards in his spare time) for 5 years now. I know, I know, I'm a newbie in the game of promotion politics, high-growth scaling, and work happy hours that go on much longer than they should. But recently something in my professional world has changed; I know for certain women's equality in the workplace is still a real issue. I saw it first hand and realized it was impacting one of my colleagues I was naive and work for a company where diversity is at the forefront of our values. But it still shines through. We have more work to do, and I'm only one voice. Join me in partnering on how we can eliminate inequalities in the workplace for women (and men). How diversity can actually be lived and not just a novel concept in the handbook. How we can all stand up together to give the same opportunities to women and men alike. #leanin
