Our mission
Our mission is to drive systemic change that centres care, dignity, and long-term human wellbeing. Rooted in matriarchal values of protection, responsibility, and collective stewardship, we challenge institutions that have historically failed women, children, and vulnerable populations. Through education, research, and advocacy, we work to expose systemic gaps and help build workplaces, schools, and communities that truly support people across the lifespan.
This group is a supportive, matriarchal community grounded in the idea that women have always shared knowledge, care, and survival strategies with one another. Across generations, women have passed down wisdom, stories, and practical support, often filling the gaps left by systems that overlook or dismiss marginalized voices. Our goal is to create a safe space where people can share their experiences, ask for help, offer support, and engage in collective advocacy. By amplifying lived experiences and standing together, we honour this tradition of women supporting women while challenging the structures that continue to fail them and working toward a more equitable future.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
