The London Collective Lean-In Circle focuses on supporting women in their early careers. We aim to empower women at AIB to connect, learn, and grow together. We create a supportive space to share experiences, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to thrive in our careers. Through open dialogue, peer mentorship, and collective encouragement, we aim to inspire each other to take on new challenges, embrace leadership opportunities and shape the future of banking with purpose and inclusion
