The Lionheart Project was inspired by a circle of strong working women who make a choice to be leaders in the workforce & share an important character trait - courage. This group strives to support and inspire each other. One goal of The Lionheart Project is to spread the message to colleagues, friends and philanthropies that women should not be afraid to follow their dreams and take on what once seemed impossible. We aim to draw confidence from this peer group, search for balance in our lives and put our heart into being positive examples to others.
