Our purpose of founding the Lean In Koc School Circle is to encourage young minds to question the gender norms that cause gender inequality so that change can be initiated at an early age. Lean In Koc School will mostly meet online at the Lean In forum where participants will be discussing real life examples in the media and contemporary culture, and debate on the ways to improve the expression of equality. There will also be some meetings where members will have the chance to join group discussions featuring guests to elaborate on different aspects of gender equality.
