We are a group of 9 peers who will meet regularly to share with each other how we're planning to meet our development goals. We’ll hold each other to account and have each other’s backs. We'll act as peer mentors and coaches for each other. This will be a safe, supportive environment, where we can feel confident that we'll be challenged, but in a way to help us move forward, not to hold us back.
