Our mission

Connect. Empower. Cheer on.

About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

THIS CIRCLE IS CLOSED. We are a Circle for mid-career parents who learn and grow together, support each other and are/want to be unapologetically ambitious. Topics we talk about include (but not limited to): • managing partnerships at home, • handling gender biases (Circle Leader is training to be a "50 ways to fight bias" trainer), • putting our strengths to work (Circle Leader is a Clifton strengths advocate), and • owning and celebrating our successes. Our mission is: “Connect. Empower. Cheer on.” With our common ground as working parents, we can relate with each other’s concerns (Connect). We arm each other with the tools to gain more self-awareness and better control of our lives/careers/ambitions (Empower). We celebrate each other’s successes (Cheer on). Our Circle is created in The Hague area but meets virtually. Once in a while, we will meet face-to-face because nothing matches seeing people in person.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
