For the generation of girls who will change the world. The Girls Movement was born out of a passion to see young women in rural Melbourne and beyond, feel empowered, inspired and fearless. Our goal is for young women (ages 12-22) to feel supported and well resourced while they navigate their way through what most of us already know, a tricky time in anyone’s life. Through the experiences of our own, our friends, family and others around us, we have witnessed the gaps in resources, traditional education and support networks for young women, especially in rural and low socioeconomic areas.
