Mission: The Executive Edge is a peer circle for mid-career women in tech and data to develop leadership identity, business acumen, and the confidence to claim their seat at the table — one honest conversation at a time.
The Executive Edge is a Lean In Circle for mid-career women in technology, data, consulting, and product roles — with 3 to 15 years of experience — who are technically strong and ready to grow into leadership, management, and strategic roles. Built on the belief that women in technology shouldn't just build systems but lead organisations, this is a space where ambition is welcomed, honest conversations are the norm, and every member is supported in claiming their seat at the table. What sets The Executive Edge apart is its focus. Most professional communities for women address entry-level confidence or general empowerment — we go further. This circle is specifically for women who are already capable and want to become consequential. We talk about the real stuff: moving from expert to executive, navigating career growth after a break or a baby, building influence without a big title, and returning to ambition on your own terms — one conversation at a time.
