About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

The EmpowerHER Collective Jax is a Lean In Circle rooted in Jacksonville, Florida, and created by and for Black women leaders. While our foundation is local, our reach is proudly virtual—welcoming Black women across regions to connect, grow, and lead in community. As an extension of Dr. Holly Davis’s doctoral research on workplace inclusion and leadership retention, this Circle offers a culturally grounded, affirming space for Black women navigating executive and emerging leadership roles. We center sisterhood, professional growth, and collective empowerment through peer-led conversations, curated content, and real talk. Whether you join us in person or on Zoom, you'll find a community where your voice is valued, your leadership is celebrated, and your experiences are honored. This is more than a leadership circle—it’s a movement. Together, we EmpowerHER.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
