A change maker "is one who desires change in the world and, by gathering knowledge and resources, makes that change happen". The relationships built through this circle is the platform that will support all of us so that we can each achieve the dreams that we have for ourselves, loved ones, friends, as well as other women. Together we can change the perceptions, expectations, biases, and doubts that exist for women in leadership. While each of us can accomplish great things individually, together we can help shape the future and change the world!
