We are a Circle of international women based in Dubai that want to encourage each other to maximize our potential and to learn from each other, role models and expert speakers during our monthly small group meetings. Since we are a private circle of trust, I always take the time to meet with candidate members individually before having them join a Circle meeting. As a moderator, I find it important to know my members personally in order to facilitate the interaction within the group.
