We, a bunch of technology enthusiast girls at the university aspire to start an initiative TECHGIRLS-VIT The purpose of TECHGIRLS-VIT will be to function as a team and work on several projects that aim at helping its members working on these projects master in technical skills. It will also encourage them to think about innovative ideas and provide them with a platform to execute those ideas as well. A lot of girls, all over the world carry a bright spark to bring a change in the world. This is an initiative to help identify a few such sparks and an attempt to fade out the stereotype that “Men rule the technology”. The change is witnessed on a large scale only when it begins on a small scale.
