To create a safe space for its members to share knowledge and experience on personal and professional strategies to help other members reach their own goals. 2. To provide supportive networks that enable members to develop new skills, build confidence and support them in their return to work in a post-pandemic world. 3. To contribute to the initiatives/events developed by the Gender-SMART project to make sure they are aligned with Teagasc’s gender equality values of Active inclusion, no barriers and Equal opportunities.
