So we all have decided to lean in !! Now what? How do we help each other ? How do we learn about new stuff/trends/tech innovations? How do we lean to become leaders in what we do or in short leanders? How do we share? This group will be a close and supporting group with everyone bringing something to the table. Every month we will meet to discuss a pre-decided topic/technology/book/podcast and mentor each other. Meetings would mean real participation and not just listening to a lecture (though we will invite someone in between for topics completely new to us)
