Swarovski Maennedorf is the first of all Swarovski locations to form a Lean In Circle. The target of this circle is to create a platform for women in Swarovski. In 2017 we would like to focus on creating awareness of gender differences (in the work context) and introducing role models. The Swarovski Lean In circle has the full support of the management boards.
