I hope to form a group of women of strong character, who want to grow in their career or as an individual, are entrepreneurial in spirit and feel the need to connect with others. I would like this circle to be a place to talk about career concerns, personal hurdles, and individual interests. I want conversations to be robust, heartfelt, passionate, full of laughter, philosophically deep and lighthearted. I want women to end the meeting feeling they have benefited from engaging. I hope it will evolve to be a pedestal of encouragement, congratulations, or acknowledgement for members. I hope that women who want to change the world around them and contribute to society will join me. In the end, I hope that all the “I” statements above evolve into ‘we’ manifestos.
