I want to ensure all children have access to our new resources, in Canada and the United States. CCAA’s Court Preparation Program has been developed over thirty years with partners to prepare children, parents, and communities for the stresses faced when children must testify in the legal system. By preparing children about court processes, their roles as Witnesses, and how to manage their fears and anxiety, they are more able give consistent and reliable testimony. Those communities which do not have access to face-to-face programs can access our online court preparation program with a trained facilitator using our evidence-based curriculum.
