Our mission is to create a supportive community where women in leadership connect, share experiences, and grow together, gaining insight, strength, and encouragement as we navigate the journey of leadership and life.
Summit Circle brings together women in leadership who want a place to connect with peers who truly understand the complexity of the roles we hold, and the challenges women often face while leading. This community is designed to foster belonging, mentorship, and shared learning. Through open conversation and mutual support, members gain new perspectives, strengthen leadership skills, and build meaningful relationships with other women committed to growth. Summit Circle is a space where women can share experiences honestly, support one another’s ambitions, and grow together, professionally and personally.
