My aim in creating this circle is to connect STEM women in central MA and the surrounding areas and facilitate the networking benefits enjoyed for so long by our male counterparts. There are many technical companies, including the one which employees me, in this area starving for talent. I believe the talent is all around us in the STEM women of central MA.
