What this circle is built on The belief that the most powerful resource in the room is the women in it. Between us we carry decades of expertise across industries, organisations and career paths. We have navigated restructures, career gaps, pivots and reinventions and the particular experience of being a highly capable woman in a world that does not always make that easy.
