Our mission
We aim to energize & empower individuals, so they can further develop themselves personally and professionally. We also seek to advance diversity, inclusion, & equity, so our members can make a difference in their own lives as well as others.
This mentoring circle is designed to help teach, train, and develop leaders of today, and tomorrow. Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity advancement is a strong part of our member's development. We also present topics that will help members gain needed skills, improve leadership abilities, and develop them into stronger leaders personally and professionally. This mentoring circle is meant to be all inclusive and each individual is expected to contribute, share, and discuss the various topics. Sometimes, you might be tasked with small assignments, in order to help you learn. Rest assure, none of these assignments will interfere with your responsibilities at work, and of course nothing will be assigned to you to complete outside of work. In fact, everything we discuss will be things that will help you in your current and future roles, and things that you can work on while you are performing your everyday responsibilities.
