She Runs Projects exists to equip women — and especially women of color — with the tools, systems, and community they need to not just enter the construction and trades industry, but to lead it with confidence, credibility, and authority. We believe the rooms where projects are planned, decisions are made, and careers are built should reflect the full diversity of the people who show up and do the work. We're here to make that happen — one PM at a time.
She Runs Projects is a Lean In Circle for women in construction and the trades who are ready to lead with confidence, build real skills, and stop going it alone. This industry is tough. The rooms can be unwelcoming. The learning curve is steep — and most of us had to figure it out without a roadmap or a mentor who looked like us. That changes here. We're a community of women who lead projects, navigate job sites, manage teams, and show up every day in spaces that weren't designed for us — and we do it together.
