Female Only Active Duty Yolanda Harris because of her desire for Women Veterans to feel like women, and researching a need to fill the gap in Santa Clara County, Ca. Main city areas, Silicon Valley and San Jose and Santa Cruz, Ca with Monterey/Seaside. Female Veterans aren't self identifying while in public. Places like the Veteran Hospital, where their counterparts and spouses are asking the ladies if they are there for their spouse or the child of a Veteran. So often, veterans’ apparel has been designed and geared towards males, which sometimes causes women vets to feel insignificant. While there is a great need for some solitary in female veterans self identifying ( Her Way) (#she2erved) This particular chapter, however, will feature specifically be for women veterans as well as for children of veterans. We will turn an existing Women Veterans Apparel line into your Chapter Self Identifying your way in fashion, art, automobiles, gun holsters, aprons, business attire, etc. Along with "Self construction of Veterans Round Table for Questions and Answers to issues, and ideals to provide diversified Women orientated Veterans Admin. in Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz, Monterey County. Concerns can be as simple as a Breast Feeding station at every clinic or CBOC and will range from services inside for intimate rape kits available in the ER mandatory. For to jackets to hats to headbands, in winter for homeless woman and child. We will build the entire chapter together, as we team build in training camp A.K.A Boot Camp. The mission of our SCCWV-Ca chapter is several un-folding ideals. Because of TM3, Petty Officer / Veteran Harris’s desire to give back to her fellow comrades-in-arms, not only is she giving her designing skills but accepting others clothing line and skills with female vets in mind; but she has chosen that we all donate clothing products or give it Gratis to women non-profit organizations focused on helping female veterans on a quarterly basis. Around neighboring counties in California. We welcome you giving good and services for FREE, and we will collect and provide to appropriate non profit benefactors. We encourage other Women Veterans to share their round table ideas as well. Maybe your idea will end up becoming the change at our Regional VA or something else ! And we recognize all women veterans regardless of who you are or what you look like. If our chapter / circle not meeting your needs, please reach out to us. As long as the circumstances not requiring medical, clinician , mental health/ behavioral health circumstances, we will attempt to ("Gather at the Round Table " ) to discuss and resource out to get you some assistance. Our mission, after all, we want you to feel good about who you are, and welcome you to email us for ideals, and meeting up. This chapter will like to Battle Sister up with other Circles and Chapters that will assist you into feeling good about self identifying and getting heard within the V.A. or forming bonds. Are you a Woman Veteran? Would you like to know whom else in Santa Clara County or Santa Cruz, Monterey when you not at the V.A. represent that they are "The Veteran"
