This female-focused circle is for women with supportive personalities that are looking for a caring community to help guide and advise each other so that we can work on focusing on our needs, and our personal and professional growth.
For many women, we focus on and take pride in supporting those around us, including our families, and colleagues, but sometimes we need to focus on ourselves. Promote our hard work, our needs, and our personal and professional growth. People with a supportive personality, tend to be accommodating, and place the need for harmony above all else. As such, the idea of focusing on our needs can be intimidating and uncomfortable. This is a female-focused circle to help support, guide, and advise each other so that we can support our needs and goals as well.
