About our Circle

  • Meets quarterly
  • Looking for members

This is a circle for women seeking positions of leadership: assistant principal, principal, county office directors, instructional leaders, superintendency. This circle seeks to empower women to navigate the political arena and focus on core skills of leadership, skill refinement and research on the current issues inherent in educational landscapes. Diverse membership ideally will support rural, suburban and urban leadership development as well as all ethnicities. We look forward to hearing your voice!

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
