We are here to help encourage and collaborate as women work through the myriad of challenges of working on rope, including countering gender bias, finding work, balancing work and home life, and building skills that improve confidence.
Rope Chica is a place for women who work on rope to collaborate, encourage, and share with one another. Welcome rope access technicians, rope rescuers, tower workers, challenge course pros, climbing guides, and others working on rope in the vertical!
