This is a group of Kansas City registered nurses. Nursing is historically and currently a female dominated profession. This group explores barriers to the progression of female leadership in nursing practice. By becoming aware of our internal biases and perceptions of ourselves, we can confront our fears and empower ourselves to be more confident, take on leadership roles, and speak out to make significant impacts in our practice.
