"Rise" is a Lean in Circle for Women of Color at Schnucks. Across all industries, the leadership gap between men and women is significant, but for Women of Color, there is a greater gap. Our goal is to provide a safe, open environment for discussion, encouragement, support, and learning. We want to equip women with tools and resources to help them accomplish their goals, work together to reduce the gap, and rise above the barriers we face.
