Your career journey can be positively impacted by focusing on and investing in stronger personal advocates at adidas. Succession planning, Team Line Up, HiPo recommendations, stretch programs, recommendation to join other teams all require not only support from managers but equally promotion and support from a wider network that have the responsibility to make personnel moves and decisions. As an imbalance of power at adidas is male dominated, this often means ensuring you have male leaders as your promoters. The discussion will cover my experiences of successful female career journeys and how their use of female and male advocates has helped them become leaders at adidas.
