Circles Description: Covid-19 lockdowns have derailed most of our plans, including our fitness routines and eating habits. A lot of us have lost motivation to workout or have had to struggle with gym closures or not being able to go outdoors to work out. The pandemic has led us to resort to comfort food for a quick fix. You are not alone! In this Circle, we aim to share practices on how we can continue to live a healthy lifestyle in the corners our home, thus boosting our immunity and our mental health. We will discuss workouts, diets, yoga, meditation and everything related to fitness. Together, we can motivate each other to reach our fitness goals.
