In this online space, I hope that we can all gain a deeper connection with each other to encourage and support one another to pursue our passion. My goal is for us to connect with women all across the globe to share our different experiences, to offer advice, to fellowship, learn new concepts and ideas and most of all have fun. So feel free to invite your family, friends, colleagues, and “Yes” a stranger to connect with us. Please use the “Circle Library” to share links, images, and documents with the group. The information that you upload in the library should educate, motivate, encourage, inspire and support those seeking advice or looking for direction. So please feel free to share your strengths, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities as well. Currently our circle is open to the public; therefore, do not share your personal information in the library. If you are comfortable, use this space to share an introduction, some information about yourself and what you are passionate about. Doing so will allow other members to get to know you; it will also begin the relationship building process and enable others to reach out to you to provide support and assistance. Since we are all located in different geographical areas, most of our connections will be virtual; however, I would like to encourage each of you to consider hosting a get together (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, a glass of wine, etc.) from time to time. The gatherings should be designed to fellowship, break bread, build relationships, educate, offer support, and to have fun, fun, fun! I would like to keep this space and our connections very informal, yet very meaningful. Last, I would like each of you to consider reading the book, “Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead”, by Sheryl Sandberg.
